Sending an enquiry
When you use our contact form, your name, email address and message are sent through Web3Forms to deliver your enquiry to Jackson at FLAIRE. Your email address lets us reply to you.
Include enough detail to explain what you need. Please leave passwords and sensitive personal or business information out of the form.
Website enquiry records
The website also sends an enquiry record for storage through Supabase. This includes your name, email address and message, a browser identifier, the page used, browser information and the IP address provided with the request.
A browser identifier is stored in local storage when you use a contact or booking link or submit the form. It can be reused on later visits.
Website measurement
The website can record when a contact or booking link is used. These records are stored through Supabase when website measurement is configured. They contain the page, the type of link and a browser identifier. This helps us understand which contact options people use.
Booking a chat
The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. When it loads on our contact page, your browser connects to Calendly. You can also open the booking page directly. Details you enter while booking are handled through Calendly.
