We built a portal for a hospitality group that turns Excel payroll exports into draft bills in Xero, applying account codes and branch and department tracking.
Staff sign in, upload the export and send it to Xero, avoiding manual re-entry of the bill's lines. The output is a draft bill, ready for the next step in the accounting process.

- No. Many jobs need a direct integration or a set of rules rather than an AI model. We can use conventional software for repeatable steps and AI where interpreting information or generating text is useful.
- Can you connect our existing software?
- We build integrations between business tools. What's possible depends on each system's API, permissions and available data. We'll check those details before agreeing an implementation.
- Can AI email replies be reviewed before sending?
- Yes. An enquiry workflow can prepare drafts for staff review or send routine replies automatically, depending on the agreed sending rules. The system we've built also includes a manual override for sensitive enquiries.
